Learning Evaluation Process

* Parent provides information for initial intake and schedules student's appointment.

* Information to be completed by parents and teacher(s).

* Testing with student over the course of a day (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

* Follow-up interviewing and consultation with parents (2 Hours) within 2 weeks of testing.

* Follow-up school meetings as requested by the parents.

* Comprehensive report provided to parents after the consultation meeting.

* Specific plan and referrals provided to parents based on student's needs.
